Thankyou generates and redistributes wealth using a social enterprise model, and practises trust-based philanthropy, funding impactful partners to help build a world where not one person lives in extreme poverty.

Thankyou. works with partners who are: tackling complex systems change, not simplistic solutions; who are focused on impact, not activity; and who have a clear endgame. 

The Thankyou Charitable Trust gives grants to our partners, but calls them ‘investment’s’ because it sees them as investments in the end of extreme poverty. Thankyou. approaches each decision as a strategic investment decision. 

Thankyou’s commitment to its partners:

• Provide multi-year, unrestricted funding, giving our partners maximum flexibility to deploy and use funding where there is the greatest need
• Reduce the duplication of administration and reporting requirements of our grants, to free up our partners to do more life-saving work and increase administrative efficiency

• Commit to learning with our partners and the communities we serve, to help shape and inform our decision making
