Take-a-Stake (TaS) is a new impact investment advisory firm which seeks to provide services on investment of debt, mezzanine or growth capital to Small and Growing Businesses (SGBs) in developing countries and emerging markets in the WASH and related sector. SGBs that have strong potential for growth - and thus create positive economic, social and environmental benefits.
Take-a-Stake thus will provide patient capital in combination with capacity building to support SGB investees in their business growth, in balance with a positive social and environmental impact
Builds on existing local and international partnerships with in-depth sector expertise.
Investing into enterprises that work on water, sanitation, hygiene and waste related business models, TaS aims to provide loans, ranging from 150,000 – 1 million Euros.
