What is a perspective?

Perspectives are like filters: they compile and structure the information that relate to a given focus theme, region or context. Stormwater management consists in detaining, retaining, or providing a discharge point for stormwater to be reused or infiltrated into the groundwater. It should best preserve or mimic the natural hydrologic cycle and fit within the capacity of existing infrastructure.
